As well as extruding a wide range of profiles and tubing, RBM Plastics specialise in the manufacture of Flexible PVC Compound and Coloured Masterbatches. We have one of the most modern compound manufacturing plants in Australia and have implemented a computer controlled batching and mixing operation, which provides consistent quality throughout batch-to-batch mixes.
RBM Plastics manufacture over 5,000 different extruded profiles and tubes, which are used in many industries. We are able to manufacture our profiles from a range of polymers to suit specific applications.
We are continually investing in the latest technology so we can provide up to date production facilities for our clients.

Our experts will be able to let you know the most appropriate material for the profile you require, we can also co-extrude profiles using more than one material.
Our team at RBM Plastics prides themselves on producing a top quality product; we are not satisfied until you are 100% happy with the overall finish of the end product.
We are able to pack product into printed boxes, wind product onto wooden or plastic spools or coil and stack product onto pallets. All our packaging ensures that the product gets to you or your client in the best way possible without damaging the goods

Flexible PVC Compounds
RBM Plastic Extrusions Pty Ltd has a substantial Compounds Manufacturing Division. This facility was originally commissioned to supply our Profile Extrusions Division with the range of compounds necessary to satisfy the customers’ profile requirements. In recent years, our Compounds Division has been expanded considerably and now makes RBM Plastics a leading supplier of PVC compounds to other profile extrusion, moulding and wire and cable manufacturing companies.
Today, we produce a wide range of specialty and general purpose compounds, which are available in custom and standard formulations, and supplied in a broad range of colours.
We experience good economies of scale, with our raw materials delivered in bulk tankers. These bulk deliveries, automated product transfer of our materials, coupled with the computer batch controlled operation, allow us to operate with a minimum number of operators.
We are able to supply quantities from 100kgs to 100 tonnes and more, with a very quick production turnaround.
